“Kendra News–Triveni Nepal Identity Award” Announced to Promote Nepali Language, Art, Culture, and Literature Globally
Canberra, Australia — In a remarkable step toward promoting Nepali language, literature, art, and cultural identity on an international platform, Nib Star Media, Australia and Triveni Sahitya Manch Pennsylvania, USA, have entered into a collaborative partnership. As part of this collaboration, Kendra News Australia has announced the launch of a new annual initiative: the “Kendra News–Triveni Nepal Identity Award.”
The program will conclude annually by August starting from 2026, with a portion of the proceeds going towards supporting a “special school for Disabled and rehabilitation centre” (SSDRC) in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Participation Guidelines

Each individual may submit up to two entries per year.

Selected entries will be published on the Kendra News Australia website.

A dedicated selection committee will evaluate all submissions and choose the award winners.

Entries that have been previously published elsewhere will be automatically disqualified and removed from the platform if already posted.

Submissions that contain satire, double meanings, or content that violates legal or ethical standards will not be accepted.
