Nominations have officially opened for the 2025 Canberra Women in Business Awards, which recognise the contributions of women across the capital in fields ranging from innovation and sustainability to leadership and community service.

Backed by the ACT Government, the awards highlight the achievements of business women who are driving change and growth in Canberra’s economy and community life.

This year’s categories include recognition for businesswomen in leadership, social impact, sustainability, innovation, small and micro-business, as well as awards for young and Indigenous business women.

Organisers say the program is designed to showcase the diverse talents of women who are not only running successful businesses but also helping to strengthen Canberra’s community.

Applications and nominations are now open, giving Canberra’s the opportunity to put forward local women whose work deserves to be celebrated.
