Free Construction Training Available for Canberrans Through Pathways Hub

Canberra, ACT — Canberrans looking to start or change their career in the construction industry can access free, hands-on training through the ACT Government’s Pathways Hub program.

The initiative is designed to help participants develop practical construction skills, gain nationally recognised qualifications and complete work experience on ACT Government construction projects.

Eligible participants will undertake the General Construction and Safety Taster course through CIT’s Fee-Free Construction program at no cost.

The Pathways Hub also helps participants connect with employers, explore training opportunities and build pathways into employment within the construction sector.

The next training course is scheduled to begin on 29 July, with eligible residents encouraged to register before places are filled.
