Home Minister of Nepal Aryal: 448 Out of 465 Damaged Police Posts Reinstated After Jenji Movement

Home Minister of Nepal Om Prakash Aryal has announced that out of 465 police posts damaged during the Jenji movement, 448 have already resumed operations, while the remaining 17 are yet to be reinstated.
Speaking at a meeting of the Federal Strengthening and National Concern Committee of Nepal on Thursday, Minister Aryal shared that the government has been able to restore peace and security across the country within two months of assuming office.
He noted that despite the initial uncertainty following the government formation, security agencies have worked efficiently to normalize the situation and rebuild police infrastructure affected during the unrest.
